About this holiday home

This beautiful apartment within walking distance of Valkenburg comes straight out of a fairy tale. The interior breathes class and the spacious living/dining room with spacious seating area, smart TV and dining table is ideal for socialising. The bathroom is equipped with a luxurious rain shower and the bedrooms have excellent beds. That will be sleeping without worries!.

The accommodation is located in the South Limburg hills, and that will delight hiking enthusiasts, walkers, cyclists and motorcyclists. Take a scenic tour along the Mergelandroute and discover the Dutch natural beauty along the way. After a day out, settle down in one of the nearby restaurants for a delicious dinner. A visit to Maastricht, Heerlen or historic Aachen is also worthwhile, as is a day at the Mondo Verde zoo. .

Good to know

  • Charging an electric car at the accommodation is possible and the costs are according to consumption. You can pay at the charging station. Illegal charging of a car is not permitted. If this is detected, the home owner/manager may, without discussion charge you 100 euro per day of stay

  • For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted

  • Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home

There is no air conditioning. The house is located in the middle of the building and is therefore well insulated.

On top of the Vaalserberg lies the 3-country point, this special place is already beautifully situated in the woods. You can take a beautiful walk here, climb the lookout tower and nowadays there is a challenging labyrinth. While you're here, be sure to take a seat on the terrace and enjoy some real Limburg vlaai (flan).
