Damage arrangement and cancellation insurance at Villa for You

At Villa for You, we believe it's important that you can enjoy your holiday with peace of mind. That's why a damage arrangement is included as standard. If you'd like extra protection in case of cancellation, you can take out a cancellation insurance policy.

Damage arrangement | Included as standard

At Villa for You, a damage arrangement is included in the price as standard. You don't need to do anything.

If you accidentally damage something in your holiday accommodation, this damage arrangement may help, in addition to your own personal liability insurance.

• Peace of mind: This arrangement applies to damage to the building, inventory, playground equipment and the swimming pool in the garden, provided these belong to the accommodation and are intended for private use.

• Compensation: This arrangement applies to damage amounts of €25 or more. The maximum compensation is €5,000 per booking.

Short-term cancellation insurance by Villa for You | Optional

Villa for You offers a short-term cancellation insurance. This insurance is optional and can be added if you would like extra protection in case you need to cancel your stay unexpectedly or end it earlier than planned.

• Taking out insurance: You can add this insurance during the booking process or up to 7 days after making your booking via MyBooking.

• Coverage: This insurance covers cancellation or interruption of your stay due to illness, an accident, family circumstances, or another valid reason, in line with the policy terms and conditions.

Good to know: Did you choose the “Free cancellation” price option? Then this additional insurance is not necessary, as you already have the flexibility to cancel free of charge until the date shown.

Travel Insurance

Villa for You does not offer travel insurance. For additional cover, for example for damage to or loss of luggage, or for medical expenses, please contact your own insurance adviser.
