Booking a holiday seemed almost like a business transaction with no personal contact involved. Whereas this is exactly the moment of the year you are looking forward to. You want everything to be all right and taken care of. And that you are well assisted in case something goes wrong. This is the idea from which Villa for You arose. Founder Pepijn Zijsling: 'I had a strong feeling that things could be handled better and especially had to handled better! That is why we started Villa for You. In fact, our starting point was the thought: we can do better, with more attention to personal contact, customization and quality'.

Who is the Villa for You team?
Villa for You is run by its founder, Pepijn Zijsling, and its CEO, Sybrand Welles. Both Pepijn and Sybrand have been active in Austria for many years from 2001 and 2006 and even lived here for about ten years. Together they share a passion for travel, Austria, mountains and skiing. They enjoy finding the most beautiful holiday homes and building a personal relationship with owners.
Villa for You has grown rapidly since it was founded in 2020. Today, more than 80 dedicated specialists work on our brand every day. With up to 25 years of experience in the rental industry, they combine their knowledge, each from their own area of expertise. Together, they stand for quality, personal service and tailored advice.
Our portfolio has also expanded over the years. In addition to Austria, Villa for You is now active in France, the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. In each country, our local rental experts provide market knowledge, personal contact and a carefully selected portfolio of holiday homes.
