About this holiday home This recently built villa is located in a quiet residential area, only 1.2 km from the beautiful beaches of the attractive town of Six-Fours-les-Plage on the Mediterranean Sea.

On the ground floor is the spacious living room with air conditioning, a large flat screen smart TV. and a fully equipped open kitchen where you can prepare the most delicious Provencal dishes while enjoying a glass of wine, together with your travel companions at the bar. Through a large sliding door you enter the garden where the lovely swimming pool invites you for a refreshing dive and then settle down on one of the sun loungers and relax under the Mediterranean sun. Under a large old olive tree is a large dining table and the BBQ, where you can enjoy the evening sunset and the atmosphere of the illuminated olive tree.
The garden is completely fenced in and consists for the most part of artificial grass.

On the first floor are the 3 bedrooms (with electric shutters) and a modern bathroom with separate bath and walk-in shower. In the hall hangs an air conditioner, which provides the 3 bedrooms with cooling.
The house is connected via a garage with the owner's house, who will of course respect your privacy.
