Very special villa in a very quiet location with all privacy, an oval shaped private pool and a beautiful view over the valley!
You can relax on the huge balcony with an unobstructed view of the pool and the valley beyond.
Also around the pool and under the balcony there are fine sitting areas, but also plenty of sun loungers and parasols. A BBQ and a fine, light and spacious house, make it complete. There are 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and at the pool also an outdoor shower.
Montmaurin is situated at the foot of the Pyrenees and offers something for everyone: beautiful walking paths, imposing castles, rivers and lakes with all kinds of beaches, and many picturesque villages to stroll through and enjoy nature and culture! You can go white-water rafting in the Canyon de Arlos, horseback riding, visit the jazz festival in Marciac and the many local food festivals.
