About this holiday home

This is one of a total of three holiday apartments on the farm, close to the ski bus stop. Right next to the farm (20 metres away) is a public children's playground, including a slide and swing. Enjoy a drink on the shared terrace at the front of the house and end the day in style on the lovely balcony. An unforgettable holiday in a prime location!.

A small ski area is just 5 km from Prutz. The larger ski areas of Nauders and Fiss, Serfaus and Ladis, which offer 40 lifts and 100 km of slopes, can be reached quickly. The free ski bus stops just 200 m from the house. The region is home to stunning mountain trails that let you get closer to nature step by step. Hike through forested trails that lead you to breathtaking viewpoints, and enjoy the serenity of crystal-clear mountain lakes .

  • Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine

  • The homeowner lives in the same house where the holiday home is located

Bij het boeken zagen we al dat dit een low budget app was, mede door de lage prijs hadden we hiervoor gekozen. Toch viel het ondanks lage verwachtingen tegen. De stank was echt verschrikkelijk (wij wonen op het platteland en zijn heus was gewend) Ik heb zelf geurstokjes gekocht. Het was erg gedateerd. Het bad was enorm vies en oud. Op een avond vielen er vanuit het plafond allemaal muizenkeutels op de bank. De waterkoker was stuk en mijn dochter van 4 zakte door het bed. Toen mijn man dit ging zeggen was de reactie van de eigenaar; Oeps, alweer… We hebben er het beste van gemaakt, maar geven volgende keer toch liever iets meer uit.

Prijs kwaliteit klopt goed. Alles ook goed schoon in appartement. Alleen is het huis gelegen tegen boerderij en stinkt gigantisch bij binnenkomst naar inmaak/ mest. In appartement stuk minder als je ramen en deuren dicht houdt. Verder geen info van omgeving enz en waar vuilnis heen moet.
