About this holiday home

Enjoy the most beautiful time of the year in this picturesque Hexenwasser holiday home. It is surrounded by Tyrolean mountains and beautiful nature. Thanks to its quiet yet central location near the valley station of the Hexenwasser gondola, there is plenty of room for children to expend their energy. Two of the bedrooms are on a mezzanine and the accommodation has an enclosed private garden with furniture and a barbecue. Let the enjoyment begin! .

In winter, the ski slope ends right outside the door. Enjoy the varied gastronomic offer in the bakery at the valley station in the nearby village centre of Söll or on the mountain. Various shopping opportunities can be reached within walking distance. The granary lies at the foot of the Hohe Salve, a stone's throw away the stream flows, from where hiking trails, cycling paths and the mountain railway start. The café der Bäck smells of fresh bread and coffee from the neighbouring house. Everything is within walking distance, the swimming lake, the village of Söll with all its shopping facilities, bars and restaurants .

Sehr schönes rustikales Holzhaus , stilvoll umgebaut mit einigen offenen Schlafbereichen. Für uns als Familiengruppe hat dies gut funktioniert. Die Lage ist ideal, um vom Haus aus zu Wanderungen in der Umgebung zu starten. Schlüsselübergabe, Ausstattung und Sauberkeit waren top. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder!

The location is impeccable. You can finish a ski run and coast onto the front doorstep. Perfect for a quick water/food/bathroom break before heading up the lift again. The cubby room is a game changer for multi-day skiing outings and the space itself is quite charming,
