Welcome to this quaint farmhouse, with 3 apartments and a fine location near the ski bus. Amid this idyllic setting, adjacent to a public playground with slide and swings, children will find a true paradise of fun. In the homely kitchen you will prepare the tastiest dishes and when evening falls, relax on the shared front terrace. The Austrian oasis!.
A small ski area is just 5 km from Prutz. The larger ski areas of Nauders and Fiss, Serfaus and Ladis, which offer 40 lifts and 100 km of slopes, can be reached quickly. The free ski bus stops just 200 m from the house.
The region is home to stunning mountain trails that let you get closer to nature step by step. Hike through forested trails that lead you to breathtaking viewpoints, and enjoy the serenity of crystal-clear mountain lakes

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine

Is there a separate ski storage room and are there ski boot warmers?
There is no separate, enclosed ski storage, nor are there any ski boot warmers. The skis can be put down in a corridor and there is a separate, heated room where the shoes can be put down.
No, you do not get a guest card here.
Is it possible to use the Super Summer Card?
The Super Summer Card is only valid for overnight stays in Serfaus Fiss Ladis. You will receive another guest card from us.
Can a large dog weighing 70 kg come along?
Yes, that is not a problem for the owner.
