About this holiday home This beautiful detached chalet is located on the outskirts of Zell am See, about 1 km from the centre with its restaurants, cafés and entertainment. The chalet has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a games room with a table tennis table, table football and a pool table and a small cellar bar. There is also a spacious sauna where you can relax after a day of skiing. In the summer months you can relax in the chalet's large garden. There are 4 parking spaces available. Charging of electric cars is not allowed.

Winter sports in Zell am See stand for guaranteed snow, cosiness and a diverse range of activities. Together with the areas of Kaprun, Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Leogang-Fieberbrunn, it forms a beautiful winter sports region with many opportunities for skiing and snowboarding. With just one ski pass, you have more than 400 kilometres of slopes at your disposal! The ski bus to the Schmittenhöhebahn or Sonnalmbahn and also to the centre is 100 metres away from the chalet. The chalet is located at the foot of the Schmittenhöhe and the Kitzsteinhorn glacier in Kaprun is about 10 km away. The glacier in Kaprun ensures that you can ski almost all year round. The ideal place for a skiing holiday with the family or a group of friends!

In summer you can enjoy nature in the beautiful mountain world and go on the most beautiful hiking and mountain bike tours. Lake Zell is suitable for all kinds of water sports; sailing, rowing, canoeing and water skiing are all possible here. Wonderful on a summer day when you want to cool off! A breathtaking car or motorbike ride on the Grossglockner Road is also worthwhile! A 10-minute drive from the chalet is a beautiful golf course in the Schüttdorf district on the south shore of the Zellersee.
