About this holiday home

The dreamlike apartment with private entrance is located on the outskirts of Sautens, in a beautiful location overlooking the Acherkogel. Furnished with great attention to detail, the accommodation is accessed via an outdoor staircase that leads to the covered garden lounge. After a day of skiing or hiking, fully unwind in the infrared sauna. Luxury and privacy!.

The Hochötz-Kühtai ski area is just 4 km away and scores points with its family-friendliness. It offers services such as a ski school, children's courses, WIDI's Children's Club and an indoor kindergarten. In summer, the area is an ideal starting point for beautiful walks, most of which start right at the house. The popular Piburger See is just under 4 km away. The Ötztal cycle path runs under the house and the well-known AREA 47 can be reached in no time at all .

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, bequem und ruhig gelegen. Die Schibushaltestelle (Bichleregg) liegt ca. 50 m weit. Die Wohnung hat alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man benötigt. Es gibt zwar keinen Ofen in der Küche, sondern nur eine 4-er Kochplatte, das reichte uns aber völlig aus, denn wir haben aber stets draußen gegessen. Übrigens kann ich das Restaurant Rochus (ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt) wärmstens empfehlen. Ein großer Lob an die Eigentümerin der Wohnung - Frau Erlacher! Eine sehr, sehr nette Frau, die stets bemüht ist, dass sich die Gäste wie zuhause fühlen. Sie hat uns unheimlich viel geholfen, um einen Taxi zum Bahnhof in Ötztal zu bekommen. Ich selber konnte keinen Taxi finden - am Samstag der KW8 waren alle Taxiunternehmen am Vormittag ausgebucht. Frau Erlacher und ihr Mann haben dann einen lokalen Taxiunternehmen für uns gefunden. Hut ab! Ich kann die Wohnung wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Aangenaam verblijf in mooi en comfortabel appartement met mooi uitzicht! Mooi ingericht appartement. Alle comfort aanwezig. Aangenaam toekomen in goed verwarmd appartement. Kleine zaken aanwezig om eerste dag te overbruggen, zoals koffiecapsules, vaatwastablet,thé. Ontvangst met flesje wijn en nootjes! We voelden ons direct thuis, Geen opmerkingen
