About this holiday home
This detached farmhouse is in a quiet location with unobstructed mountain views. You occupy the entire first floor and have a private entrance. After a day in this beautiful region, you can relax in one of the two infrared saunas, or enjoy the terrace. The bedrooms have allergen-free beds. The owners distill their own 'Schnaps'. Ask on site about the possibility of a 'schnapps' tasting. This room can only be used in combination with a tasting.
The accommodation is in a perfect location. The ski bus is easy to reach on foot and you will find the famous Mayrhofen just 1.5 km away. The Mayrhofner Bergbahnen will take you to the Zillertal's most beautiful ski resorts in a short time.
Ramsau in Zillertal offers an enchanting combination of Alpine splendour and Tyrolean hospitality. In summer, nature lovers can enjoy idyllic hiking trails and cycling paths winding through the lush valleys and mountainous surroundings. The adventurous can indulge in challenging climbing routes and mountain bike trails amid the alpine landscape. In winter, Ramsau transforms into a winter paradise, with good access to nearby ski resorts where skiers and snowboarders can enjoy perfectly prepared slopes. Do we live in this house alone or does the owner live there too?
The owner also lives in this house, but is used to receive groups. Of course, you have your own entrance and the owner does not use anything of the house you rent.
Can we use the garden?
The garden can be used for bbq'ing, sitting, relaxing, children can play football etc.. The owner also uses a part of the garden, but there is enough space for the clients to enjoy the outside and the garden.
Is there a window in the bedroom in the basement?
Yes, there is a window in this bedroom.
Is there a sofa in the living room?
No, there is no sofa in the living room.
Is there sufficient garden furniture?
Yes, for 18 people. The group can eat together outside.
How many deck chairs are there?
There are 4 on the terrace and 3 on the balcony, but in total there are approx. 10 sun loungers. More can be added upon request.
Where can bicycles be parked?
In the summer from mid-May to mid-September in the cowshed, because then the cows are in the meadow. Outside this period they can also be stabled somewhere else. Electric bicycles can be charged
What is there for children in the garden?
A trampoline, a bobbycar and Go Kart.
What are the seating arrangements in the house?
There is a large kitchen in the house with 2 large dining tables, one of which is a corner sofa. There is no separate living room.

Bicycles and table tennis are only available in summer, trampoline all year round. Electric bikes can be charged. Special feature: In-house distillery that can be visited but not used. Special hygiene: The flat is cleaned with a HYLA EST air disinfection and room cleaning system. This reduces dust and disinfects the air and also removes viruses and bacteria
