About this holiday home

This spacious holiday home is just steps away from the ski bus stop. In summer you can enjoy drinks on the beautiful veranda in the on-site beer garden, and in winter you can get together in the large recreation room with bar and pool table (beer barrel available against bail from the owner). After a day of skiing or hiking through the beautiful region, you can fully relax in the sauna. The ideal accommodation for large groups!.

With the ski bus in front of the door, you can reach the major ski areas of Sölden and Obergurgl/Hochgurgl in no time. The spa town of Längenfeld is also a short distance from the accommodation. Furthermore, Ötztal offers numerous other holiday options, such as climbing, rafting, canyoning and Austria's largest amusement park Area 47 .

Good to know

  • Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine

  • Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot

Eine wunderbare Unterkunft mit ganz freundlichen Vermieter vor Ort, die immer zur Verfügung standen und gute Tipps für Touren vor Ort gegeben haben. Auch der Standort ist toll und gut angebunden.

Huis ligt ideaal met de skibus voor de deur en op loopafstand van enkele leuke restaurants. Echter is er achterstallig onderhoud aan de badkamers en zijn de kamers wat verouderd. Huis was wel schoon en sauna is fijne bijkomstigheid.

Don't feel like driving in winter ? Take the ski bus to Sölden or Obergurgl/Hochgurgl directly at your holiday home and simply leave the car behind. After a strenuous day of skiing, take a sauna in the house and afterwards enjoy a home-tapped beer at the house bar - what more could you want?
