Villa for You is a young company specialised in renting out holiday homes in various countries in Europe. We do things differently and go further than the current players on the market, with the aim of building a long-term relationship with both the homeowner and the guest.

Customer Success Specialist

The Contact Success department is looking for a new colleague who will be jointly responsible for all communication with our customers and homeowners through our various communication channels. You have to be someone with the ability to keep a cool head and provide clear information on various questions related to reservations and holiday homes. You will also be the voice of the customer and homeowner to our product development team and provide feedback so that our company can constantly evolve in order to improve and grow.

You are our business card; you ensure that potential new relationships are created, and existing relationships are maintained. 

In short, you are in a dynamic place within our organisation and you like speed in your work and can switch easily and often! You ensure that our customers and homeowners lack nothing and are overjoyed with our service.   


Job requirements *: 

  • You have several years of experience in a dynamic position with customer contact; 
  • You have the ability to work independently from home;
  • You are service-minded, cheerful, positive and bubbly, but also strong enough not to shy away from a discussion in a decent manner; 
  • You have an enormous drive to go the extra mile for the customer and homeowner. This radiates from both inside and outside our organization; 
  • Experience in tourism is a plus; 
  • You have an excellent command of the Dutch, English, German language (French preferred) both verbally and in writing; 
  • You live in the Netherlands;
  • You are not only available on weekdays (at least Monday morning, Tuesday, Thursday afternoon, Friday) but also in the evenings and weekends; 
  • You are open to extend your number of hours in due course; 
  • You regularly work on standby outside opening hours.

Owner Success Specialist

The department Owner Success is looking for a new colleague who will be co-responsible for all communication with our owners regarding the contract and all commercial activities around a successful cooperation. You are the expert and the partner for the homeowner regarding the rental of his holiday home, you are a listening ear, you give tips and advice, and you make sure that every homeowner feels at home at Villa for You. Besides that, you take care of a perfect presentation of the holiday home and you make sure that all data is constantly up to date. 

You are our business card and ensure that new and existing relationships are deepened and maintained. 

Job requirements *: 

  • You have a few years of experience in a dynamic position with customer contact; 
  • You have the ability to work independently from home; 
  • You are service-minded, cheerful, positive and bubbly, but also tough enough not to shy away from a discussion in a polite manner;
  • You have the drive to go the extra mile for the customer and home owner. You radiate this both inside and outside our organization;
  • You have a pro-active attitude, are eager to learn, commercially but also empathically minded;
  • Experience in tourism is a plus;
  • You have an excellent command of the Dutch, English, German language (French preferred) both verbally and in writing;
  • You live in the Netherlands;
  • You have an affinity with writing texts and editing images;
  • You have an affinity with calculating and processing data such as prices, texts and features in a system
  • In addition to weekdays (at least Monday, Wednesday and Friday), you are also available in the evenings and weekends;
  • You regularly work on standby outside opening hours.

Freelance Rental Experts in the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium and France

Due to the expansion of our company, we are looking for a Freelance Rental Expert for various regions in the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium and France. This expert will be responsible for acquiring and establishing new partnerships with homeowners of holiday homes.


Who are you?


You represent our company with a reliable and homeowner-oriented approach. You radiate positive energy, are spontaneous and have a no-nonsense mentality. You work independently and purposefully, but you are also a proactive team player. In this way, you help each other to deliver quality to the homeowner. 

You are flexible and humorous in your dealings and you ensure that you maintain good relationships with all parties involved. You don't shy away from a challenge and you creatively look for new opportunities. 

The agent position is a freelance position with a commission-based remuneration. There is no fixed or guaranteed salary, and you are in control of your workload and working hours. 

Tasks and responsibilities :

  • You independently search for and acquire holiday homes in a specific area; 
  • You prepare offers and make price and return calculations; 
  • Negotiate contracts with private holiday home owners; 
  • You process all data of the holiday home in the information system correctly; 
  • You assess, monitor and improve the quality of the product; 
  • You maintain an excellent relationship with the holiday home owners. 

Function requirements 

  • The ability to think and work at an higher professional education level, affinity with tourism and digital data processing;
  • Preferably experience in a similar position; 
  • You live in or near the region you are responsible for; 
  • Excellent relevant network in the relevant region or you are able to build and expand this quickly; 
  • You have an excellent knowledge of the relevant language, both verbally and in writing; 
  • Strong personality, able to conduct commercial negotiations independently; 
  • Clear formulation and good communication skills, both verbally and in writing; 
  • You are in possession of a private car.
