And yet you are in the middle of a culturally interesting part of France, right between the cities of Poitiers and Limoges, each with their own architecture, medieval squares, modern shopping streets and Romanesque Churches and fortresses.

The house is bright and modern in design, but retaining the original stones and beams. Snug and cosy, all ground floor with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a living/dining room with a very well-equipped open kitchen.
The house has its own private 400m2 garden, a lovely terrace and access to a large swimming pool which you share with the homeowner. You have complete privacy, but people are there if you have any questions and/or problems.
