About this holiday home
Are you looking for a beautiful house for a large group of friends, family or perhaps several families? Then this is a wonderful place for you: 2 houses rented out as 1, with a sauna and a large private swimming pool.
There is a large garden, a cosy terrace and an outdoor bar. The house is cosily furnished with a spacious living room with a fireplace and a well-equipped kitchen. Also 5 bedrooms
and 3 bathrooms, and the whole is big enough for 12 people, without compromising your privacy.
Cassaniouze is situated in the less known, but certainly not less beautiful département Cantal, which is known for its many medieval villages, castles and many markets. Take a terrace, enjoy a glass of wine and watch the people... In the surroundings, you can go walking, cycling, canoeing, fishing and mountain biking.

No, the pool is not heated.
Is the walk-through bedroom lockable?
It is a kind of mezzanine( mezzanine) . In that room, there is an external door, door bathroom, door bedroom 1 and door bedroom 2.
