Located close to the extensive nature reserve and near the marina, this is an ideal place for those who want to enjoy peace and quiet with the convenience of being close to Nieuwpoort's bustling town centre. Gutes Haus - würde wieder Buchen 😀 Gutes Haus in guter Lage, richtig gut! Küche gut ausgestattet, großer Esstisch auch gut zum spielen geeignet. Die Terrasse, klein aber fein. Tisch und Stühle zum essen draußen - sehr gut! Ein Grill Weber IQ Gasgrill vorhanden perfekt. 1 WC und ein Bad mit Dusche und WC - klein aber kein Problem. Eine Sitzecke im Wohnzimmer auch sehr gut, mit Kamin. Die Treppe ist sehr steil mit kleinen Stufen und in den Schlafzimmern Schrägen. Geht baulich nicht anders - deshalb nicht negativ zu bewerten. Klima in allen Räumen Mega. Parkplatz vor der Tür. Der Weg in die Stadt ist gut zu machen ohne Auto, also auch sehr gut. Fazit: Gutes Haus kann man Buchen. 😞 Gab nicht viel was man bemängeln kann.

Optisch een leuk huisje met een fijn uitzicht. Ook mooi omheind zodat de hond even een frisse neus kan halen. Overal airco in huis is ook een plus. Van binnen is het echter aanpassen voor een gemiddeld groot persoon. Je stoot al snel je hoofd tegen lampen, en op de wc/badkamer moet je al helemaal wringen. Bedden zijn ook erg klein trouwens.

de woning bleek veel kleiner te zijn dan op de foto's getoond werd. De 3é slaapkamer was met een uitklapbed wat niet in de info stond. De keuken was wel ok ,maar ik denk dat de vorige huurders de materialen niet goed hadden gereinigd. We hebben het bestek ,glazen , tassen ,enz... grondig moeten reinigen alvorens deze te kunnen gebruiken. Er werd ons gemeld dat er gepoetst was ,maar hier hebben we toch onze bedenkingen bij. De BBQ deze zag er niet uit , ik heb deze zelf eerst grondig schoon gemaakt eer dat ik hem kon gebruiken.

Logement très joli et fonctionnel, l’accès aux plages en vélo est parfait. Le jardin est un plus pour les repas en extérieur, stocker les vélos etc. La place de parking permet un accès au véhicule sans déplacement, le logement est spacieux et les lits très confortables. La résidence est calme et permet le repos dédié aux vacances.

The historic Fort Nieuwendamme from 1584 and its impressive history is worth a visit, also a nice area for walks. Nieuwpoort marina is the largest marina in northern Europe, with numerous boats, cafés and waterfront walks
