About this holiday home

This charming and cosy fisherman's cottage from 1923 has been renovated with care. Authentic elements have been preserved as much as possible, such as the wooden floor on the first floor. The cosy holiday home is equipped with all modern comfort and furnished with a maritime touch. The fisherman's cottage has a spacious garden, a lovely terrace with a pond where you can relax. Thanks to the walled garden with fragrant plants and herbs, you have 100% privacy .

Tuzzetje is located in Hoogstraat, one of the quiet, authentic streets of Nieuwpoort's historic town centre. The street runs from the Kaai with its many fish shops and Municipal Fish Market to the Onze-Lieve-Vrouwekerk on the Marktplein. By bike or on foot, you can easily reach the seafront and the beach via the Havengeulpromenade .

Good to know

  • Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine

  • Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home

  • Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot

  • It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Renovated town house in a quiet street near the church. Living/dining room with adjacent kitchen with at the back the sole toilet of the house. Very tastefully designed with a treasure trove of coastal themed decorative items, a paved back garden with a big WOW factor, upstairs a bathroom and 2 bedrooms (take your own linnen/towels) - a double and a twin, a further attic room with open stairs to another set of twin beds. Location perfect in Nieuwpoort town, around the corner all the interesting cafes and restaurants on the market square, for all your consumables a further 5' - 10' walk to the town bakeries, vis mongers and supermarkets. The coastal tram 10' walk with 2 stops to get to the beach, or 10' walk to the yacht club and sea canal for a leisure walk on the promenade towards the beach - some days you can spot seals sunny themselves.
