Welcome to our group house in Houffalize, located in the heart of the Ardennes. This beautiful holiday villa offers space for groups to relax and be together. One of the highlights of this group house is the wellness area with a sauna. There is also a recreation room with a pool table and a pinball machine. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare delicious meals. For those who prefer to dine outside, there is a terrace with garden furniture .

The location of the group home in Houffalize also offers easy access to the beautiful natural surroundings. Whether you want to hike, cycle or just enjoy the picturesque countryside, the Ardennes has something for everyone. In short, this modern group home in Houffalize combines luxury with relaxation and entertainment, making it the perfect base for a memorable stay with friends or family in the enchanting Ardennes.Active holidaymakers can enjoy the Houffalize region, with more than 100 km of hiking and mountain biking routes, or canoeing on the Ourthe. For the children there is a very large beautiful playground in Houffalize, Houtopia.

  • On Sunday, Easter Monday and Whit Monday the departure time is at the latest at 16:00 hours at this holiday home

  • Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine

  • Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
