About this holiday home

Tucked away on the banks of an idyllic river, this charming wooden chalet offers the perfect setting for a romantic stay. Feel the warmth of the fireplace, relax in the hot tub and enjoy the luxurious steam shower. On the private covered terrace, enjoy nature in peace, with views of deer passing by in season. An intimate and magical place where time seems to stand still and relaxation is key. (Children and babies are not allowed).

You can enjoy a romantic stroll in the nearby woods or take one of the many signposted walks in the area. You can also visit Rochefort and its castle, Saint Hubert and its basilica, or enjoy a good restaurant for two!.

Good to know

  • Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine

  • Access the house you have to go through 100m of unpaved road

  • The last 100m meter to the holiday home are steep

  • Travel party may consist of a maximum of 2 adults and additionally 0 children (up to 18 years)

  • Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home

  • Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot

Bij aankomst een hartelijk ontvangen en een duidelijke rondleiding gehad. Het chalet waar alles keurig en ruim aanwezig was, met een heerlijke kachel die brande. Echt een grote aanrader als he prive net zijn tweeën , wil genieten van alles en elkaar . gr jacob

Van aanrijden en welkomst- en rondleidingsprocedure tot genieten van alle gemakken waarin is voorzien: geweldig! De foto's doen onvoldoende recht aan wat dit huisje, deze cabin, te bieden heeft. In werkelijkheid ruimer dan de foto's doen vermoeden. Heerlijke mountaincabin-vibe, een geweldig bubbelbad, heel fijn bed, zeer ruim uitgeruste keuken en en prachtig uitzicht. Wat hebben we genoten!!! Zeer gastvrij ontvangst, werkelijk alles werd keurig uitgelegd, details als streekhoning, koekjes, chocolade, flesje bubbels in de koelkast...het stond allemaal klaar. 3 verschillende manieren om koffie te zetten, alle denkbare keukenapparatuur, aan alles is gedacht. Even boodschappen doen en je kunt je volledig terugtrekken! Regelmatig bezoek van een wasbeer in de schemer/nacht, reeën in de verte, "biddende" roofvogels boven het open veld...een schouwspel om van te genieten.

Endroit idyllique, paisible, sans vis-à-vis. Au calme et propice à la détente. Parfaitement équipé, décoré avec beaucoup de goût et très propre. Nous avons été très bien reçu, tout a été clairement expliqué pour que notre séjour se passe le plus parfaitement possible. Un séjour magique à deux. Merci encore pour ce fabuleux séjour. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
