About this holiday home

Enjoy a wonderful holiday in this beautiful group house in the heart of the Belgian Ardennes. The house can accommodate up to 15 people and has seven bedrooms and four bathrooms. It is comfortably furnished and fully equipped. Relax in the infrared sauna and the swim spa, or enjoy the peace in the large garden and spacious terrace. The children can play to their hearts' content in the play area with toys and a ping-pong table or on the slide in the garden.

There is plenty to do in and around the holiday home. Enjoy the beautiful nature and stunning views of the area. Discover the countless hiking routes through the Belgian Ardennes and the High Fens nature park. Visit the charming town of Malmedy, known for its vibrant culture and history, and have a delicious dinner in one of the many excellent restaurants. Or visit the beautiful city of Spa, about a 20-minute drive away, known for its thermal baths.

Alles in allem hat es uns gut gefallen. Ein paar Dinge die man wissen sollte: -es gibt nur Duschtücher, also keine Handtücher oder Duschvorleger - die Sauna hat maximal 60 grad - der Pool ist auf 35 grad abgeriegelt unsafe nur bis 22 Uhr genutzt werden. Also nichts für eine entspannten Wellness Abend. - der Garten ist nicht wirklich umzäunt, teilweise nur Hecken. Ist vermutlich für Hundebesitzer relevant da der Garten entlang einer Straße verläuft. Insgesamt müsste einiges am Haus gemacht werden. Man sieht das Alter des Hauses an allen Ecken und enden. Ein Problem hatten wir vor allem: Die angeben die über die Vermieteragentur hier auf Airbnb weiter gegeben wurde stimmen nicht alle. Man kann erst ab 17 Uhr ins Haus anstelle von 16 Uhr und die Kaution muss im Voraus bezahlt werden, nicht vor Ort in bar. Das hat bei uns zu etwas durcheinander geführt.

Die Unterkunft besticht durch ihre idyllische und ruhige Lage, die einen hohen Erholungswert bietet. Besonders der Whirlpool hat unseren Aufenthalt bereichert. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war unkompliziert, auch wenn die Endreinigung am Abreisetag etwas früher als abgestimmt begann. Insgesamt ein sehr positiver Eindruck, vielen Dank!
