A great tip for young and old is a visit to Fort Eben-Emael, near Riemst. This impressive fort from World War II is partly underground and is one of the largest forts in Europe. During a guided tour, you will discover tunnels, bunkers, and impressive stories from history. You can also enjoy beautiful walks on top of the fort with views of the surrounding area.
