About this holiday home

In a panoramic location overlooking the Ziller Valley, you will find this generously equipped chalet with ski storage. It is furnished with lots of love and wood, so a homely feeling immediately creeps up on you when you see the photos. The well-equipped kitchen allows you to show off your cooking skills and from the terrace you can make the most of the sunshine in summer. What luxury! .

The ski bus stops practically in front of the house and takes you to the famous Zillertal Arena ski area in the valley. So you don't need a car to reach the winter sports paradise. In summer, the chalet is an ideal starting point for beautiful hikes through the fairytale-like, typically Austrian region .

Wir waren das erste mal in einer Ferienwohnung von villa for you. Die Vermieterin ist super nett 💐 und hat uns wertvollen Ausflugstipps gegeben. Wir waren mehr als angenehm überrascht. Die Wohnung ist genau so, wie man auf den Fotos sieht und die große Terrasse mit Grill und dem super Ausblick auf die Berge sind fantastisch. Die Küche ist super gut ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Alles super sauber, wir hatten tolles Wetter, da kam uns der Pool sehr gelegen 😀.... Vielen Dank, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder 😉!!!!!

Super Unterkunft, alles topp. Vermieterin Anita sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit bei jeder Frage. Das Chalet sehr zu empfehlen. 👍🙂

We had a great stay at Anita’s house. The house is beautiful and nicely located in Zell am Ziller. Can definitely recommend!

No there is no washing machine, but there is a launderette a short distance from the house

Is there a barbecue available?

A small round coal barbecue is available.

Can you walk from the house?

There is a footpath to the centre of Zell am Ziller. As the house is on the mountain, it is quicker down into the valley (30 min), but up is more strenuous or takes longer (about 45 min).
