About this holiday home

This Tyrolean guest house is centrally located, in a sunny and quiet location not far from the city centre. It extends over 3 floors and the furnishings with lots of wood create a homely, warm feeling. Get together in the spacious dining room or in the recreation room with TV, for a cosy evening. On the balcony or terrace, unwind with a good book and a glass of wine. Enjoy! .

All shops and restaurants are within walking distance, so you can leave your car at home. In summer, discover the your fairytale region via the cycling and hiking routes that wind along green valleys and mountain peaks, while winter guarantees winter sports spectacle in the Zillertal Arena. The ski bus that stops right at the house takes you directly to the ski area .

Good to know

  • Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine

  • Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home

  • It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Voordelen van dit huis: goede locatie, grote slaapkamers (de meesten met wastafel), vernieuwd sanitair. (al zijn er niet de 4 beloofde badkamers, maar 2 badkamers en 2 losse douches en 2 losse wc's), leuk tuintje met terras en tuinmeubilair. De woonkamer is een knusse stube met vele tafeltjes en bankjes, er zijn voldoende handdoeken aanwezig, het huis was schoon. Er is een wasmachine. De kinderen genoten van de vele hoekjes en kamers. Nadelen: De keuken is sterk verouderd en klein. De oven was kapot en er is te weinig verlichting. De eetkamer is niet geschikt om met 20 personen te eten. De bedden zijn niet alle goed. Sommige zijn doorgezakt. Er zijn niet echt banken of stoelen om lang op te zitten. De woonkamer is erg vol. Er zijn erg veel regeltjes in dit huis. Het huis is donker.

Ett unikt och bra boende. Trevligt område. Köket var lite litet och ugnen trasig. Grannarna verkade inte uppskatta att huset hyrs ut. Ägarna har honungstillverkning i källaren och var vid huset ganska mycket, men var vänliga och tillmötesgående.
