About this holiday home

Be enchanted by the peace and splendour of Tyrol! This combination of 2 apartment on the ground floor of a Tyrolean house features a lovely garden with a south-facing terrace. Read your favourite book in the sun or show off your cooking skills in one of the 2 well-equipped kitchens. As the accommodation consists of 2 flats, it is ideal for 2 groups travelling together. Bicycles and ski equipment can be stored safely in the lockable garage. Carefree enjoyment!

The location is great in any season. Thanks to its quiet, idyllic yet central location, you will completely unwind, while reaching the centre of St Johann in a short time. The ski bus stop is opposite the house. This ski bus takes you to the ski lift in a few minutes, free of charge. The cross-country ski trail is just 250 m from the house and in summer there are several cycling and hiking trails that run past the house

Good to know

  • Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine

    W domu są dwa przygotowane odnowione apartamenty. Na górze zamieszkuje gospodyni jednak nie jest to żaden problem, jest to miła Pani nie odczuwaliśmy jej obecności. Dom jest w spokojnej okolicy, na osiedlu domków. Do centrum miasta i restauracji i sklepów ok. 2 km. Miejsce wypadowe na ośrodki narciarskie w okolicy super KitzSki, SkiWelt ok 10km do wyciągów. Bardzo dobra cena w stosunku do oferty, polecam. Słabe WiFi ale to zależy od gości, mi to nie przeszkadzało można odpocząć od korzystania z sieci i mediów społecznościowych wystarczył prywatny pakiet. Łazienki odnowione, czysta pościel, ręczniki, sucharki do włosów. Wyposażona kuchnia, podstawowa chemia do utrzymania czystości. Szkoda że w jednym apartamencie nie ma zmywarki ale to z powodu braku miejsca bo kuchnia jest optymalnie wykorzystana. Przydałaby się mała pralka i suszarka na buty narciarskie. Byliśmy w dwie zaprzyjaźnione rodziny i jesteśmy zadowoleni z wyboru i pobytu.

    Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft und eine tolle Lage. Wir haben abends immer einen schönen Spaziergang gemacht und weil das Wetter auch mitgespielt hat, saßen wir auch noch auf der Terrasse.
