About this holiday home

This beautiful 500-year-old building once served as a courthouse and now houses a luxury holiday home for 10, complete with tower room. Warm up by the authentic stove in the living room, enjoy wine and board games. In the morning, prepare breakfast in the open kitchen. After mountain adventures, relax in the sauna. There are 2 parking spaces at the house, additional cars can be parked for free in the village. You will stay in rustic Pfunds, on the river Inn.

The village is at an altitude of 970 metres, centrally located near the tri-border point of Austria, Switzerland and Italy. Pfunds is also conveniently located to several ski resorts. Major ski areas such as the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis ski region, the vast Ischgl-Samnaun ski area and the Nauders ski paradise are within easy reach. On the Kaunertal glacier you can even ski all year round. There is also plenty to do in other seasons in the Pfunds area. Enjoy the surrounding mountain world on a beautiful cycling or hiking tour. On a hot summer day, you can take a refreshing dip in the beautiful public swimming pool and enjoy the Austrian sun on a vast sunbathing lawn .

zu erst: Lage zum Skifahren super (Nauders, Saumnaun/Ischl und Serfaus in ca 20 Minuten üer Auto erreichbar) Parksituation: zwei Parkplätze im Carport im Hof (allerdings für einen Kombi schon sehr knapp bemessen, ein zweiter wird sehr sehr tricky, dritter Parkplatz am Grundstück an der Straße. Da wir mit vier Autos da waren wurde uns sogar noch ein vierter Parkplatz möglich gemacht. Sauna schön gemacht und funktioniert sehr gut und es gibt sogar Sauna-Handtücher. Was man wissen muss: Die Eigentümerin (nicht Vermieterin) kommt zu Beginn bzgl Kurtaxe und Endreinigungspauschale vorbei und nochmal am letzten Abend, fanden wir nicht wo cool. Auch die Endreingung ist uE nicht gerechtfertigt, denn es war nicht so sauber wie wir es erwartet haben auch, da bei check out der Müll in den Skischuhraum gebracht werden muss ubd alle Betten abgezogen werden und Handtücher in de. Hof gebracht werden sollen. Dafür hab ich eigentlich eine Reinigungspauschale. Abfluss in Küche stinkt abends sehr stark.

Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf. Kwamen naar Pfunds om te skiën in het nabijgelegen Nauders. Prachtig skigebied, ook geschikt voor kinderen. Fijne woning om na een dag skiën thuis te komen.
