About this holiday home

This terraced house in Längenfeld's Huben district is not far from the ski bus, which takes you to the well-known ski areas of Sölden and Obergurgl/Hochgurgl. Summer is the ideal starting point for all outdoor activities, such as rafting, canyoning, climbing, or visiting the famous AREA 47 leisure park. In 3 bedrooms, each with a bathroom, you can feel at home and enjoy privacy; in the warm kitchen with a wood-burning cooker, you can enjoy delicious food.

Whether you want to take a leisurely hike with the whole family or go on high alpine tours, the Ötztal offers hundreds of options with 12 summer mountain lifts, over 100 huts, and mountain pastures. There are guided hiking routes, or a mountain guide can help you conquer one of the three-thousand-meter peaks. Sölden and Obergurgl/Hochgurgl offer guaranteed snow for all autumn and spring skiing activities.

  • Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine

Positiv war die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und das Haus ist natürlich verglichen mit den meisten anderen Angeboten in dieser Gegend günstig. Aber die Bilder der Unterkunft sind stark bearbeitet. Alles ist sehr alt und abgewohnt, in den Bädern Schimmel und die Handtuchhalter/ Toilettenpapierhalter sind teilweise defekt oder gar nicht vorhanden. Die Handtücher und die Bettwäsche sind sehr alt, an allen Bezügen sind die Reißverschlüsse defekt. Die Decken sind sehr dünn und es gibt keine Heizung nur einen Ofen der es nicht schafft die oberen Zimmer zu beheizen, es war nachts extrem kalt. Aus dem unteren Bad hat es unangenehm gerochen. Zudem hat man durch den Ofen im Dauerbetrieb ständig rauch Geruch im Wohnzimmer. Der Dunstabzug war dermaßen verschmutzt. Ich empfehle die Googlebewertungen zu lesen (das haben wir leider nicht getan) quasi alles was dort steht können wir bestätigen.

Verwacht geen nette frisse woning.  Wij die niet snel moeilijk doen.  Voor ons prima.  Maar er zullen ongetwijfeld mensen zijn die het niet oké vinden
