About this holiday home

This rustic detached holiday home is approx. 500 years old and is located only a few minutes' walk from the market centre of Hopfgarten. The charm of the holiday home has been largely preserved over the centuries and supplemented with modern-day amenities. Creaking floorboards await you. A farmhouse parlour decorated with old wood, where you can spend a cosy time together with your loved ones after a long day of skiing and end the day with a good glass of wine

For winter sports enthusiasts, the holiday home has an excellent location. The ski lift with practice area is in the immediate vicinity and can be reached on foot in 13 minutes. Here you will also find a ski depot and ski rental. Ideal! You don't need a car or a ski bus. The Wilder Kaiser Brixental area, where this holiday home is located, is also worth a visit in summer. The imposing panoramic mountain Hohe Salve towers above the rural side valleys. Quiet hiking trails and cycling tours lead you through the varied Tyrolean mountain landscape. A special insider tip is the Lärchenteich Hopfgarten (Kühle Luft 40, 6361 Hopfgarten) in the summer months. This can be reached on foot from the holiday home in just a few minutes. Here you can fish a fresh trout yourself and have it prepared afterwards. Of course, you can also enjoy a delicious trout or other local specialities without fishing.

  • Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine

  • Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot

    Schöne , urige Unterkunft .Wir haben uns bei den netten Gastgebern sehr wohl gefühlt und können das alte Haus für Menschen die knarzige Dielen mögen wärmstens empfehlen!

    Het huis lag op een perfecte (loop) afstand van het dorp en de skilift. Echter het is een oud huis, de deurposten en plafonds zijn erg laag. De houten vloer is vooral op de 1e verdieping erg schuin en behoefd onderhoud. De badkamer en toilet, die gelukkig wel apart van elkaar waren voldoen maar zijn erg basic. De keuken en eetkamer zijn prima en goed te verwarmen met de houtkachel. Keukeninventaris is ruim voldoende. We hebben een goede vakantie gehad, maar zullen door vooral de staat van het huis, de accommodatie niet snel nogmaals boeken. De eigenaresse is zeer betrokken en vriendelijk.

    Gezellig authentiek huis met een aardige en betrokken eigenaresse (Katherina) die op het erf woont. Eigenaresse deed alvorens wij van de skipistes kwamen, alvast de houtkachel voor ons aan. Bij vertrek stond er nog een heerlijke cake voor ons klaar. Verwacht geen grote luxe, maar een gezellig en knus huis. Top vakantie gehad.

    Das Haus war sehr urig, echt mal was anderes. Sehr gepflegt, alles vorhanden was man braucht, bequeme Betten und auch eine Terrasse. Die Kids haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Ist halt mal was anderes, in so einem uralten Haus zu wohnen 😉 Die Vermieter sind auch sehr sehr nett.

    Bijzonder sfeervolle woning met erg vriendelijke gastvrouw. Veel ruimte en privacy. Prachtig uitzicht vanaf het balkon.
