This holiday home has a quiet yet central location in a side street. With its typical Tyrolean décor, you will feel right at home. You can prepare the most delicious meals in the kitchen before enjoying them together at the 3 dining tables on the first floor. In summer, you can enjoy the nice weather in the large garden with barbecue. Pure relaxation! The homeowners in the first-floor flat do not disturb your privacy at all .

Just 1.5 km away from well-known Mayrhofen, in the district of Gstan, you will find this lovely holiday home. Due to its central and quiet location, you will find well-known ski areas such as the Ahornbahn in Mayrhofen or the Finkenberger Almbahnen just 2 to 3 km away. The village itself exudes Tyrolean charm, with traditional alpine houses and cosy eateries serving local specialities. In summer, scenic hiking trails and cycling paths invite you to explore the surrounding natural beauty. The region is known for its lush alpine meadows and crystal-clear mountain streams, making it an ideal destination for lovers of active outdoor activities. In winter, Finkenberg transforms into a winter wonderland, with easy access to the Zillertal 3000 ski area. The house can also be booked in summer and winter for up to 18 people, under house code AT.6292.08 .

Met een groep van 7 vrienden doen we ieder jaar een week motor rijden in een mooie omgeving. Dit jaar hebben we deze locatie in Finkenberg gehuurd. Hier vonden we een huis met 8 (slaap)kamers die ieder hun eigen badkamer hadden, plus een gemeenschappelijke ruimte op te zitten en een eigen keuken. Alles was zeer schoon en er waren voldoende spullen aanwezig om goed te koken, eten etc. Broodjes voor ontbijt worden iedere dag vroeg gebracht, heerlijk! De Wifi was snel en goed. Het contact met de eigenaresse was zeer plezierig. De prijs voor deze locatie was zeer redelijk. Wij waren zeer tevreden en kunnen deze locatie zeker aanbevelen. Wel goed om te weten is dat de locatie sober is ingericht, de kamers en badkamers zijn functioneel, maar niet modern ingericht. Het uitzicht en de omgeving is werkelijk prachtig. Ideaal voor wandelen, fietsen (al dan niet elektrisch), motorrijden en ga zo maar door.

Wir haben das Haus mit drei Familien zum Skifahren belegt. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist fußläufig sehr bequem zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind alle großzügig und überwiegend mit drei Betten und einem eigenen Bad ausgestattet. Die Vermieter wohnen mit im Haus und sind sehr entspannt und freundlich. Wir würden die Unterkunft sofort wieder buchen!

The apartment is really nice for the group of friends like us. We enjoyed our vacation and spent some good tome there with skiing. Hope to be there next year again.
