About this holiday home

The traditional Tyrolean Pension Oberleitner offers sufficient space for larger travel groups. A total of 16 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms/WC are available, so that there is room for up to 34 people in the accommodation. The house has a spacious dining room with bar for socialising, a fully equipped gastro kitchen and playroom and a playground in the garden for the children. The accommodation is an ideal starting point for numerous activities in the region .

As the oldest village, Brixen has given its name to the valley. Nestled in gentle grassy mountains with extensive alpine pastures, the charming village of Brixen im Thale is located in the middle of the Brixen Valley. From the guesthouse, many attractions in Brixen can be reached in just a few minutes on foot or by car. In summer, Brixen im Thale has a leisure complex with an adventure swimming pool, bathing lake, beach volleyball court, Kneipp facility, tennis courts and an idyllic fishing pond for variety. The Filzalmsee on Hochbrixen has developed into a crowd puller, where there are many exciting opportunities for young and old to play and discover. The Filzalmsee is also the starting point for many wonderful alpine pasture and themed hikes, such as on or around the Hohe Salve. The ski bus stop is only 230m away from the guesthouse and takes you directly to the ski lift of the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental mountain railway in winter, which offers you access to one of the largest ski areas in Austria. A real insider tip in winter is a winter hike to the Brixenbachalm, to which you can walk comfortably from the Oberleitner guesthouse and, after a snack, return just as comfortably by toboggan. .

Sehr schönes Haus, in guter Lage.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there beer in the beer tap?

No, you have to buy your own beer bottles

Can we use the tile ovens?

No, it only serves as decoration

Tip from the homeowner

Taking the gondola up to Filzalmsee is a real adventure for families and makes for many unforgettable holiday experiences

Tip from the expert

Insider tip for winter and summer is a trip to the Brixenbachalm. In winter a great excursion with the toboggan. Also very suitable for beginners and children. In summer, a leisurely hike along the cool stream and those who are particularly fit can either walk or mountain bike further towards the Wiegalm and then to the Kreuzjöchlsee and enjoy the breathtaking view of the Brixental mountains.
