Have you ever seen such a charming holiday home? This fairytale combo accommodation is decorated in typical Tyrolean style and it spans the first floor, ground floor and basement. With 2 kitchens and a utility room, you can prepare your culinary delights in peace. There is no door connecting the accommodations. Moreover, there is a garden with trampoline and barbecue you can use. I already unwind just looking at the photos!

With a location approx. 2 km from the centre of Westendorf, you have everything within easy reach. In just 5 minutes by car you can reach the Alpenrosenbahn cable car, which takes you to the Sonnalm, for example. The Skiwelt Brixen im Thale can be reached in approx. 7 minutes by car.

Is it possible to charge an electric car at the house?
No, unfortunately not. There are several charging stations at the Alpenrosenlift and in Westendorf.
Tip from the homeowner
At Haus Josef (Chalet Josef), most guests leave their car at the apartment in winter. With a walking time of 5 min. at the Choralmbahn. Unless you are in a ski school, then you have to drive to the ski school in the village. If there is enough snow, you can ski the last 100 m in deep snow via the Hollern run directly to Haus Josef / App. Josef skiing or snowboarding.
Tip from the expert
The location is ideal. There is a lot of peace and quiet in and around the apartment, but you can still get to Westendorf and the mountain railway in just a few minutes. The Hollern valley run is only a few hundred metres away as the crow flies.
