About this holiday home

This cosy 2013 Tyrolean chalet is perfectly located, 100 metres from ski lift and slopes, truly ski-in/ski-out. Modern interior with an open kitchen, large dining table and atmospheric details. Bedrooms have box-spring beds, 2 modern bathrooms with walk-in rain showers. Downstairs there is ski storage with shoe warmers for after skiing or hiking.

Surrounding the chalet is a decked terrace with wooden garden furniture. Here you can enjoy a magazine in the Austrian sun in summer! There is plenty of parking space nearby. So if you are looking for a lovely holiday home for several families or large groups of friends, you have now found it! The restaurants are already 300 metres from the chalet, so if you don't feel like cooking, enjoy the Austrian delicacies and cosiness here!.

Das Haus war für unsere Zwecke super. die Schlafzimmer sind sehr klein und die Aufteilung mit zwei Familien bedarf etwas Flexibilität. Aber ansonsten ein schickes Haus mit allem was man braucht. Die stark befahrene Straße ist recht laut (zumindest wenn die Fenster offen sind) Die Terasse lädt zum entspannen ein. Es liegt etwas außerhalb sodass ein Auto hilfreich ist zum Einkaufen und für die Bergaktivitäten. Der Kontakt zur Hausbesitzerin war unkompliziert und freundlich.

Wir hatten mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern eine tolle Zeit im Eichenhof. Auf den Bildern wirken die Räume größer, als sie dann tatsächlich sind.. 😫 Und die direkte Lage an der unübersichtlichen und auch viel befahrenen Straße ist nicht ganz so schön..  Aber alles in allem ein tolles Haus an einem schönen Ort! ☺️

Tip from the expert

At the edge of St. Johann in Tirol lies the Hornpark climbing park. As the park is located at an altitude, you have a wonderful view of the Wilder Kaiser mountains and the Angeralm mountain lake. This climbing park has more than eight different courses in all levels of difficulty. They have also set up a special course for children from the age of three.
