This unique chalet impresses with its high-quality furnishings, lovingly preserved building fabric and historic flair. You can feel the special character of this house as soon as you enter. Two of the bedrooms are located on open galleries and are ideal for families with children. TV, washing machine and a private terrace with its own garden ensure maximum comfort. There is also a communal sauna - perfect for a relaxing holiday .

Raneburg is nestled in the idyllic mountains of East Tyrol and is a real insider tip for those seeking peace and quiet and nature lovers. In summer, alpine pastures, forests and crystal-clear streams invite you to go hiking and exploring. In winter, the region offers family-friendly ski areas, cross-country ski trails and romantic winter hiking trails. Despite the quiet location, the infrastructure is excellent: Shopping facilities, restaurants and leisure activities are all within easy reach. A perfect blend of nature and comfort .

Sehr nette Begrüßung durch den Vermieter mit genauer Einführung und vielen wertvollen Tipps. Telefonisch jederzeit erreichbar. Sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig restauriertes Haus! Tolle Sauna, alles neuwertig und sehr sauber! Die Lage war für uns perfekt: abgeschieden und ruhig. Mit dem Auto in knapp 15 min in Matrei. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt, wir kommen sicher wieder!

Een fantastisch verblijf met ontzettend veel mogelijkheden. Martin is een fantastische host en heeft ons heel erg geholpen. Omgeving is erg rustig en heeft een mooie privé sfeer - verder van de weg af en tegelijkertijd dicht genoeg bij diverse faciliteiten in Matrei. Ook de sauna is een mooie bijkomstigheid en het huisje zelf voelt, terwijl de basis uit de 16e eeuw is, gloednieuw. Altijd warm water - vloerverwarming - uitzichten waar menig vakantieganger jaloers op zou worden. Kortom, wij komen terug! (Vriendengroep/Collega's van 12 personen). (Tevens begreep ik dat ze de mogelijkheid hebben om tot 24 personen te kunnen voorzien, wat fantastisch is voor grotere groepen).
