About this holiday home

The chalet exudes a cosy and homely atmosphere due to its furnishings with lots of wood and high level of finishing. In the living room, enjoy the crackling fire of the wood-burning stove while overlooking the valley from the large windows. Through the French doors, you reach the balcony where you overlook the Ahornspitze above Mayrhofen. You will stay in the right wing of the chalet where there is room for 4 adults and 2 children, due to the presence of the bunk bed .

For winter sports enthusiasts, the ski area Ski Zillertal 3000 offers plenty of possibilities. The ski area is suitable for both beginners and advanced skiers. Snowboarders will have a great time in the fun parks. Are you more into cross-country skiing or hiking? Then this is also the place to be. The cross-country trails are lighted here in the evening. Underneath the chalet is a spacious, heated cellar for storing skis and ski boots. In the other seasons, the Zillertal is also a fantastic holiday destination. Are you a bit sporty? For hikers and cyclists, the region offers a diverse network of hiking and cycling trails at all levels. Are you a daredevil? Then enjoy the beautiful views that the Zillertal has to offer while hanging under a paraglider.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, schön eingerichtet, vom Ort musste man 5 km hoch fahren, was für uns sehr ungewohnt war. Sie lag an einer viel befahrenen Straße. Die Aussicht war besonders toll.

Super mooi appartement en van alle gemakken voorzien. Locatie is goed met een fenomenaal uitzicht. Je zit wel een een doorgaande weg de berg op, dus het is altijd rustig als je op het balkon zit. Verder echt niets te klagen. Alles is aanwezig en de houtkachel was een fijne toevoeging, vooral na het hiken in de kou. Al met al een voortreffelijk, huiselijk appartement in een schitterende omgeving. Dank!

Are there dark/darkening curtains in the bedrooms?

Yes, there are "dark/darkening" curtains in the bedrooms. That may not be quite the same as a total blackout. So the curtains don't let any light through, but some light can come through the sides.

What details are known about the Internet connection?

On 24/5/21 the following is known: The holiday home has its own 3G internet box. Fine for normal internet and mail and stable, but not suitable for heavy files or the like. The mobile phone reception is good. Some things do depend on the weather. In very bad weather, they can get worse. The number of connected devices also has a considerable influence on the speed. More connections means lower speed.

Can electric bikes be stored in an enclosed space and also charged?

E-bikes can be stored in the basement, which also has electricity. However, the bikes must be carried over a short flight of stairs.

Tip from the homeowner

The chalet is situated higher on the mountain. Walking to the village is not possible from the chalet.

This chalet is a perfect base for motorcyclists and is located on the route to the Zillertal Höhestraße. This is already a highlight as far as beautiful roads are concerned. There are also many beautiful shorter routes in the Zillertal.
