About this holiday home
In an idyllic location, just outside the centre of Zell am Ziller at the foot of the sunny Zellberg, you will find this lovingly furnished apartment in Tyrolean country style, with space for the whole family. Large eat-in kitchen, a total of 4 bedrooms, 2 each with pull-out sofa and a large bathroom with walk-in shower. Garden shed with barbecue facilities. Embedded in meadows and fields not far from the forest, you will find an oasis of peace here. The ski bus comes to the house on request.
The municipality of Zellberg is located on the left bank of the Ziller opposite Zell am Ziller and opposite the confluence of the Gerlostal. The Zillertal Arena is a hiking and climbing area in summer and becomes a skiing area with 150 km of pistes in all levels of difficulty in winter. Idyllic valley, gentle alpine meadows and rugged peaks. This is the charm of the Zillertal landscape. Countless leisure activities against the marvellous mountain backdrop attract nature lovers to the valley all year round

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine

In our house we have our own meat products such as fresh meat, bacon and sausages, butter and fresh eggs from our neighbours, schnapps and liqueurs are distilled in-house
Tip from the expert
A ski bus can be organised on request to pick you up directly in front of the house and bring you back again. So feel free to leave your car on holiday for once, more comfort is not possible
