It is located on the second floor and features a spacious kitchen that allows you to prepare the most appetising meals independently. Moreover, parking is available at the accommodation. Just 300 m from the centre of Zell am Ziller, it is located in a quiet and sunny spot. All facilities of the centre and the ski area are within easy reach. With its gondola, Zell am Ziller offers important access to the well-known ski area the Zillertal Arena. As the ski bus stops just 300 m away, this house is an excellent base for winter sports enthusiasts. But there is also plenty to do in summer. You can discover the beautiful region in all its glory on cycling and hiking tours along the green valleys. The very friendly owners will be happy to tell you more about the region .

Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig, die Zimmer sauber. Wir waren nur eine Woche da und brauchten in dieser Zeit nicht einmal den Pkw, da hier eine optimale Zug,-und Busverbindung besteht.

Ruhige Wohnung Die Lage war für uns perfekt, in der Mitte des Tales. Ortsnah, zu Fuss zum Einkaufen. Sehr ruhig. Für unsere Bedürfnisse sehr gut, kuscheliges Kinderzimmer, geräumiges Schlafzimmer, Balkon, Couch on der Wohnküche. Sehr toll: massenhaft Haken, um Jacken, Kletterzeug und Kleidung aufzuhängen. Leider funktionierte die eine Kochplatte nicht richtig (nur voll an oder aus) und die Temperatur in der Dusche liess sich schlecht regulieren, was besonders für unseren Enkel ein Problem war. Das wird laut Vermieterin aber im Herbst behoben.
