This spacious apartment extends over 2 floors of the white, authentic-looking holiday home. From the balconies you will enjoy unobstructed views of the surrounding mountains and in the living room you can socialise after an unforgettable day in the beautiful region. The open kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals on your own. An ideal base from January to December!.

The fine residence is located on the Gerlos mountain, just a few minutes' drive from the centre and the ski area of Zell am Ziller. The ski bus stops in front of the house and takes you to the famous ski area of Zell am Ziller, with connection to Gerlos or directly to the Zillertal-Arena. In summer, discover the beautiful surroundings via the extensive hiking and cycling trails that wind along green valleys and mountainous meadows .

Wir hatten einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und genau wie beschrieben. Besonders gefallen hat uns die ruhige Lage und die herzliche Gastfreundschaft. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Skibus om de hoek was top! Knus appartement! Wij hebben er genoten! Aandachtspunt zijn wel echt de bedden. De bedden zijn erg kort. Wij zijn 183-195 en pasten er niet recht in met ook nog een kussen. Matrassen waren geribbeld en sommige doorgezakt. Verder was alles super naar wens. Genoeg ruimte en lekker knus! Wij hebben ontzettend genoten!

Wunderschöner Blick auf Zell am Ziller, Skibushaltestellen waren bis 100m entfernt vom Haus .Einrichtung ordentlich und sauber. Es war eine wunderschöne Zeit, Dankeschön
