About this holiday home

Close to the famous St Anton am Arlberg you will find this beautiful modern flat that has a quiet location. The flat has a large terrace with lots of greenery where you eat breakfast with breathtaking views. In summer, you can relax here in the Austrian mountain air. In the typical Austrian dining area you can get together cosily and enjoy quiet evenings with your company .

Within walking distance, you will find a small supermarket and a wellness park where you can relax after a sporty day. In winter, the skiing area of St. Anton am Arlberg is easily accessible by car or ski bus. Ski Arlberg is definitely one of the best skiing areas in the Alps. With over 300 km of slopes, both beginners and experienced winter sports enthusiasts can indulge themselves. Thanks to the construction of the Flexenbahn, the slopes of St. Anton - St. Christoph - Stuben and Lech - Oberlech - Zürs are connected. Ski Arlberg lies on the border of Tyrol and Vorarlberg and is known as "Schneeloch"; an above-average amount of snow falls here every year. Cross-country skiers also benefit from this landscape, as they have 40 kilometres of trails at their disposal. Pettneu am Arlberg lies at the foot of the Hoher Riffler in the romantic Stanzertal. Although St. Anton is close by, there is no mass tourism here. A wonderful network of hiking and mountain biking trails through untouched nature lies at your feet. Innsbruck (and its airport) is just over an hour's drive away. From the airport, the Arlberg Express train goes to Anton am Arlberg. Sankt Anton train station is just 10 bus minutes away from the apartment.

A very nice and spacious apartment for four people. Very quiet also. Only downside is the location since it's not directly in the St Anton village but there's a good free bus connection every 15 minutes.

Lovely, spacious apartment with plenty of room to relax after skiing. The location was excellent — very close to the ski bus, and the ski bus route was brilliant, running all night which made getting around really easy. There are great local bars, restaurants, and cafés nearby, and once we figured out the best walking routes, everything was just a short stroll away. The wellness centre close by was an added bonus and perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes. Would happily stay here again.

Wir waren zu viert (Männer-Freundesgruppe, Aufenthaltsgrund: Ski fahren). Die Größe und Ausstattung der Unterkunft hat unsere Bedürfnisse erfüllt (Toilette getrennt vom Bad, Terrasse, Ausstattung der Küche). Während des Aufenthalts war keine Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter notwendig. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war unkompliziert. Ein früherer Check-In war möglich, da die Nacht vor unserer Anreise nicht vermietet war. Wir waren mit unserer Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. :) Hinweise: Der Stellplatz ist eine Tiefgarage, wo es steil runter geht. Während unseres Aufenthalts hat es nicht geschneit. Die Ein- und Ausfahrt hat uns keine Probleme bereitet und war geräumt. Es ist aber vorstellbar, dass es bei Schneefall etwas schwieriger beim herausfahren werden kann. Der Skiraum hat seinen Zweck erfüllt. Allerdings ist dieser nicht beheizt. Der Schnee an den Ski taut über Nacht nicht vollständig ab. Wer also am nächsten Tag trockene Ski haben will, sollte den Schnee ordentlich abklopfen.

For mountain bike lovers, Austria's best bike parks are less than 1 hour away: Sölden, Reschen/Nauders, Fiss-Ladis and Brandnertal For winter guests: You are renting a property in a high alpine ski area where it is possible that snow and ice cannot always be cleared perfectly. If there are any exclusions, you can use your house key to open the cleaning room under the entrance stairs. Salt, gloves and snow clearing equipment are available for you there

Tip from the expert

Do you like heights? Then visit the Hängebrücke in Holzgau. With a length of 200.5 metres and a height of 110 metres, the suspension bridge crosses the Höhenbach gorge. The way there in the dark is spectacular, because then the bridge is beautifully illuminated.
