Huben is the small neighboring village of Längenfeld, not far from the winter sports paradise. The ski bus stops 100 meters from the house and takes you conveniently and quickly to the nearby ski areas of Sölden and Obergurgl. The cross-country ski trail is right in front of the house. In the summer, you can explore the region on beautiful hiking trails that wind along green valleys and impressive mountain peaks. The spa town of Längenfeld is practically right on your doorstep. Other recommendations in the Ötztal include climbing, rafting, canyoning, and a visit to Austria's largest adventure park, Area 47..

We hebben genoten in appartement Dola, het was ontzettend compleet, schoon, sfeervol en eigentijds. Heerlijke bedden. Vriendelijk ontvangst door de familie die het huis bewoonde, Julia reageerde ook direct op praktische vragen. Eigen parkeerplaats en voldoende parkeerplaats onder aan de dorp. Wij hadden de motor op een aanhanger bij dus dat was superhandig. Het is een rustige omgeving, in het dorp zelf geen voorzieningen maar deze zijn vlakbij.

An Unforgettable Stay – Absolute Perfection! Our stay here was absolutely perfect from start to finish! The property looks completely brand new, and every area—from the bedrooms to the kitchen and bathroom—was spotlessly clean. One of the best parts is how fully equipped everything is. You literally don't need to bring a thing with you—from cutlery to all the essential tools, everything is already provided and ready for use. To top it all off, the view of the mountains is breathtaking! Everything was clean, beautiful, and well thought out. Finally, a special thank you to the host, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always available. We were also so touched by the lovely gift she gave us—such a thoughtful and sweet gesture that we truly appreciated. Thank you again for everything!
