This modern flat in an authentic Tyrolean holiday home is located near a forest in sunny Reith bei Kitzbühel. Just 6 km from chic shops in Kitzbühel and popular Kirchberg. With a sunny terrace and south-facing garden. Enjoy breakfast with kaiser rolls and an egg on the terrace. The spacious bedroom offers views of the 'Wilder Kaiser'. There is also a carport available.

For winter sports enthusiasts, this luxury holiday home has an ideal location between the famous winter sports resorts of Kitzbühel and Kirchberg. Around the corner from the property, the ski bus departs in winter to the famous KitzSki ski area. For our sporty summer guests, this flat also has a great location. Numerous hiking trails and cycling routes start at the doorstep. To relax and cool down, there are plenty of swimming pools and wellness resorts in the area .

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir fühlten uns von Irene tip top betreut. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis hat für uns gestimmt. Das Wetter war eine Katastrophe und darum sind wir früher abgereist.

Ontzettend fijn verblijf gehad! Het appartement is echt van alle gemakken voorzien. Vooral alle extra’s die beschikbaar waren zoals: bakpapier, thee, afwasmiddel, vaatwastabletten, zeeppompjes, sponsjes, doekjes, wc papier, keukenrol. Echt alles! Wij hadden dit appartement geboekt samen met onze 3 jarige dochter. Er was zelfs een compleet campingbedje voor haar neergezet inclusief dekentje, laken en kussen. Ontzettend leuk laagdrempelig contact met Irene. Gaf ons een welkom gevoel. Het is een fijne plek om als uitvalsbasis te gebruiken voor alle activiteiten in de omgeving. Het appartement was erg schoon. En er is zelfs een smart tv met Netflix en YouTube. Erg fijn tijdens regenachtige dagen ;-) Kortom wij hebben een top verblijf gehad en kan het appartement zeker aanraden!

Liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Ganz tolle Gastgeberin, die jederzeit erreichbar war. Gute Matratzen für einen erholsamen Schlaf. Tolles Badezimmer mit allem was man sich wünscht. Küche mit einer tollen Ausstattung als Mittelpunkt der Wohnung. Vielen lieben Dank, dass wir deine Gäste sein durften.

In the fully equipped kitchen you can easily prepare your own meal, but don't feel like cooking? In the village itself you will find a few good restaurants where you can enjoy Tyrolean hospitality. You can easily walk there yourself from the house
