About this holiday home

About 500 m above the village centre of Kappl is this lovingly furnished holiday apartment on the ground floor. It features a private entrance, for the necessary privacy, and a spacious living room where you can socialise. From the terrace you can enjoy the sun and the beautiful views of the Paznaun Valley mountains. Luxury and privacy in a peaceful location!.

The ski bus stops almost in front of the door and takes you to the nearby Diasbahn in Kappl or to the lifts in the well-known ski resorts of Ischgl, Galtür and See. You can also walk directly to the slopes of the Diasbahn, which is about 200 m from the house. If snow conditions are good, you can even ski right up to the front door.

Good to know

  • Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine

Très beau logement, très pratique avec sa salle d'eau pour chacune des deux chambres. L'accueil est effectué par Suzanne qui habite avec sa famille dans la maison qui héberge le gite. Cela permet une grande réactivité au quotidien. La commune de Kappel est beaucoup plus petite qu'Ischgl mais on y trouve tout de qu'il faut : superette, boulangerie, magasins de sport, restaurants, bar, .... Je recommande cette location à ceux et celles qui souhaitent bénéficier du domaine skiable d'Ischgl/kappel tout en évitant la cohue d'Ischgl.

Die ganze Familie ist sehr freundliche und hilfsbereit, in der Wohnung ist sehr schön, die Küche gut ausgestattet, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Bei Fragen stehen Sie immer zur Verfügung, man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Beide Schlafzimmer haben ein eigenes Bad/WC umd TV, das ist sehr praktisch. Kappl hat ein eigenes kleines Skigebiet, Ischgl natürlich wesentlich grösser. Mit dem Auto sehr einfach und schnell zu erreichen, mit ÖV hat es nur wenige Verbindungen.

Great apartment, lovely host. Comfortable apartment, enough space, good beds, well equiped kitchen, clean. The host was very kind and flexible, helping us with our car when we could not drive up due to heavy snowfall. Much appreciated. Nothing not to like. The apartment is just above the village, with a short but steep road to reach it. Only a 10 minute walk down to the village / skibus though, so not a problem.
