In summer you can take beautiful walks in the nearby Zillertal mountains from here, and in winter the free ski bus takes you directly from the house to the nearby ski areal

Where is the sleeping niche located, and is that an enclosed space?
The sleeping niche is in a hallway, to which the bathroom and toilet are also adjacent. It is an open space, and cannot be closed off.

Skiing pleasure at the highest level is offered by the Hochzillertal and Hochfügen ski areas, which have been connected for more than 10 years. From the main entrance in Kaltenbach in the Zillertal, the lifts and slopes in the ski area extend up to almost 2,400 metres, with a total of 39 lifts, 85 km of slopes are available to you.
