We had a great time staying in Kaltenbach! Contact happened through Josef, who was friendly and really helpful the whole way through. Before arrival he sent pictures and a video explaining the location, as well as how to get inside. That made checking in really easy. The place was clean and as advertised. Throughout our stay we remained in friendly and quick contact, which helped us find things like the free morning taxi/bus service into Kaltenbach, dropping us off at the base of the ski lift. That was really helpful, because the beautiful location of the place is slightly up the side of the mountain, at about a 30 minute walk from the ski lift. Added benefit of that location is an absolutely stunning view into the valley from the back garden. All in all, we had a great trip and definitely recommend staying here!

Das Appartment befindet sich zwar etwas außerhalb von Kaltenbach, zu Fuß ca 30min zum Skilift, aber direkt nebenan befindet sich ein Taxiunternehmen, welches als Skibus fungiert und einen morgens um 8:10 kostenlos zum Skilift fährt. Die Küche ist angenehm groß und man kann sich als Gruppe gut dort aufhalten. Der Vermieter ist super nett und wir hatten schon im Vorfeld privaten Kontakt. Ein Auto konnte sogar in der Garage geparkt werden. Preis-Leistung war sehr gut! Wir waren top zufrieden! Die Aufteilung der Räume ist nicht ganz optimal.Wir waren zu sechst dort. Ein Schlafraum ist ein Durchgangszimmer mit Doppelbett und leider nur einem Vorhang zum Flur, ein Zimmer war abschließbar für 3 Personen und ein einzelnes Bett steht im Flur. Uns hat das nicht gestört aber man bekommt eigentlich immer mit, wenn mal nachts jemand zur Toilette geht.
