Die Lage vom Ort selbst war ziemlich gut. Man hatte viele Optionen etwas zu unternehmen. Die Lage von der Wohnung war hingegen schlecht. Das Schlafzimmer lagt direkt an einer sehr viel befahrbaren, bergauf verlaufenden Straße. Die Autos haben quasi direkt vor dem Fenster beschleunigt und es hat durch die ganze Wohnung gehallt, wodurch nachts an ein geöffnetes Fenster nicht zu denken war. Zudem war die Wohnung sehr dreckig. Die Socken waren nach ein paar Schritten schon komplett dreckig und auf den Stühlen lagen noch Krümmel. Die Ausstattung war auch sehr mager mit einem Duschhandtuch für 7 Tage, 2 Tabs für die Spülmaschine, 2 Rollen Klopapier und einem großen Kochtopf. Dazu gab es nicht mal Öl. Hätten wir aber noch Tomatensoße gebraucht, hätten wir uns von der Küchenwand bedienen können. Alles in allem waren wir nicht zufrieden.

Ruim appartement en redelijk grote keuken. Je moet er wel rekening meehouden dat je vlak naast de enige hoofdweg door Jenbach zit dus dat je veel verkeer hoort en je zit vlak bij een kerk waar je veel geluid van kan ervaren. Met de ramen dicht heb je hier overigens bijna geen last van dus dat is top. Maar ondanks dat geluid hebben wij wel erg genoten van ons verblijf hier.

Wir haben uns 5 Tage aufgehalten in Jenbach. Die Unterkunft war absolut schön und die vorherigen Anweisungen ausgiebig. Check in funktionierte problemlos. Direkt gegenüber war ein Supermarkt. Wir hatten etwas weniger für die Unterkunft bezahlt, da aktuell im Haus Bauarbeiten stattfinden und es dadurch zu erhöhtem Lärm kommt. Absolut fair! Allerdings ist die Lage unserer Wohnung, abgesehen von den Bauarbeiten, auch eher unruhig gewesen. Laute Nachbarschaft am Wochenende, Unruhen durch einzelne Personen in der Nacht auf der Straße und täglich um 6 leuteten die Glocken der Kirche. Mit offenem Fenster schlafen ist daher nicht empfehlenswert. Ansonsten war die Unterkunft wirklich wunderschön und wir haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt und würden uns auch künftig wieder für diese Unterkunft entscheiden.

Excursion to Lake Achensee – Just a few minutes' drive away lies the "Tyrolean Sea." The turquoise Lake Achensee is ideal for strolling, hiking, swimming, or taking a boat trip with impressive Alpine panorama. Excursions with the Rofan cable car are particularly popular, quickly transporting visitors to a beautiful hiking area (as well as a ski area) with spectacular views.

A particularly special experience is a ride on the historic Zillertal Railway, which leisurely travels from Jenbach through the valley to Mayrhofen.
