About this holiday home

This beautiful flat is located in a holiday home just 5 km from the centre of Ischgl. It is quiet and yet centrally located. You have a spacious kitchen-cum-living room and a beautiful bedroom with bathroom. You can prepare delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen and the balcony is the ideal place to relax at the end of your holiday. What a place!.

With the Silvretta Card Premium you have free and unlimited use of all open mountain railways in Ischgl/Samnaun, Galtür, Kappl and See as well as the mountain railways in Montafon/Brandnertal, the regional buses in Paznaun and Montafon and the Silvretta High Alpine Road .

Good to know

  • Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine

  • The homeowner lives in the same house where the holiday home is located

  • Silvretta Card is included with stay from July to August

Just ok. Nice quiet location. The apartment is quite good equipped. There was even a baby bad prepared, as we came with our 1 year old son. The old lady during check-in was very friendly. However: - Overall appearance of the apartment, incl. furniture, lightning and even the smells inside felt quite outdated (pictures in the description gave us better impression). - Poor sound isolation between apartments: e.g. as our neighbours took shower it sounded as if it was someone in our bathroom. - Description said about 10€ tourist tax per person a day (which is crasy much, IMO), but upon arrival it turned out to be 11€ und it had to be paid in cash.
