About this holiday home

The Schweizerhof in Längenfeld/Huben has a total of 8 holiday apartments for 2-8 people and is located not far from the Ötztal road to Sölden, approx. 8 km away. The flats are stylishly and cosily furnished with lots of wood and the house has a beautiful sauna area, infrared sauna, massage shower and a cosy relaxation room. The ski bus stops just 50 metres away and takes you directly to Sölden and Obergurgl to the top ski areas.

6 ski areas with guaranteed snow up to an altitude of 3,340 metres, top infrastructure and an international reputation make the Ötztal one of the most popular ski destinations in the Alps. Thanks to guaranteed snow due to the altitude and two glacier ski areas, skiing fun is guaranteed from October to May. With the Ötztal Superskipass, all areas in the valley are open to you. The holiday home is only about 9 km from the ski area. The cross-country ski trail is right in front of the house. In summer, explore the region on the beautiful hiking trails that meander along green valleys and imposing mountain peaks. The spa town of Längenfeld with its AQUA DOME thermal spa is practically on the doorstep. Other highlights in Ötztal include climbing, rafting, canyoning and a visit to Austria's largest adventure park, Area 47 .

Wir hatten einen insgesamt sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die hervorragende Anbindung an das Skigebiet Sölden sowie das sehr gemütlich gestaltete Esszimmer, das zum Verweilen einlud. Ein kleiner Hinweis für künftige Gäste: Für eine Gruppe von acht Personen sind die Räumlichkeiten recht kompakt bemessen. Zudem hätten wir uns bei der Sauberkeit etwas mehr Sorgfalt gewünscht, da wir im Bereich unter der Schlafcouch noch Rückstände von Vorgängern gefunden haben. Alles in allem war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis jedoch absolut stimmig. Wir haben unseren Urlaub genossen!

Lage Schimmel im Bad, Zustand der Wohnung und Gebäude (Licht funktioniert nicht, Türklinke lose, Toilettenschüssel lose, etc.)

Der Aufenthalt war aufgrund mangelnder Sauberkeit ein bisschen enttäuschend. Die Lage war super! Supermarkt und Busstation gleich um die Ecke. Zum Skiegebiet und zum Aqua Dome hatte man auch nicht weit. Der Reißverschluss von den Bettwäschen waren fast alle kaputt. Beim Bett Staub und dreck sogar drunter. Geschirr war teilweise nicht sauber, wir mussten nochmal putzen bevor mann kochen konnte. Teilweise war der Lattenrost beim Bett kaputt und daher konnte man nicht gut schlafen. Internet hat in dieser einen Woche kein einziges mal funktioniert obwohl uns gesagt worden ist dass sie sich drum kümmern.
