About this holiday home

The Schweizerhof in Längenfeld/Huben has a total of 8 holiday apartments for 2-8 people and is located not far from the Ötztal road to Sölden, approx. 8 km away. The flats are stylishly and cosily furnished with lots of wood and the house has a beautiful sauna area, infrared sauna, massage shower and a cosy relaxation room. The ski bus stops just 50 metres away and takes you directly to Sölden and Obergurgl to the top ski areas.

6 ski areas with guaranteed snow up to an altitude of 3,340 metres, top infrastructure and an international reputation make the Ötztal one of the most popular ski destinations in the Alps. Thanks to guaranteed snow due to the altitude and two glacier ski areas, skiing fun is guaranteed from October to May. With the Ötztal Superskipass, all areas in the valley are open to you. The holiday home is only about 9 km from the ski area. The cross-country ski trail is right in front of the house. In summer, explore the region on the beautiful hiking trails that meander along green valleys and imposing mountain peaks. The spa town of Längenfeld with its AQUA DOME thermal spa is practically on the doorstep. Other highlights in Ötztal include climbing, rafting, canyoning and a visit to Austria's largest adventure park, Area 47 .

Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo 😀 L'host è davvero molto gentile e disponibile, ci è anche venuto incontro per un lavaggio di vestiti urgente. La struttura è pet friendly. La sala da pranzo è molto grande e molto accogliente e c'è spazio per tutti. Ci sono molte padelle, piatti, tazze e bicchieri per permettere a tutti di mangiare e cucinare senza problemi. Le stanza sono grandi e ben fornite con la mobilia per lasciare le cose all'interno. 😞 I cuscini sono molto scomodi. Avrei preferito avere i cestini della spazzatura in cucina dato che per buttare la differenziata bisogna farsi 2 rampe di scale. La politica di check out è un po' troppo stringente ed esagerata dato che ci sono 50€ extra di pulizia per la presenza del cane. Avrei lasciato più di 2 pastiglie per la lavastoviglie per 5 persone che restano in una casa 6 giorni. Nella camera con il bagno interno non funziona la ventola e non c'è un ottimo odore, inoltre quel bagno è molto piccolo.

Conforme à la description et aux commentaires. Très bien situé : escalade, via ferrata, randonnée...le wifi ne passe que dans une seul piège, mais cela fait du bien aux enfants.

Check-in und Empfang waren sehr positiv, wir wurden direkt auf die Mülltrennung hingewiesen, leider gibt es in der Wohnung nicht die Möglichkeit, aufgrund eines Mülleimers mit ca. 10 Liter Fassungsvermögen. Küche und Geschirr, sowie Backofen waren schmutzig, sowie der Wasserkocher, welcher innen ganz schwarz war. Flecken auf den Böden, unangenehmer Tiergeruch im Hausflur und in dem Zimmer mit Couch. In beiden Bädern schwarzer Schimmel, ein Fön ohne Funktion. Totgeschlagene Mücken hingen an Decke und Fenster. Toilette nicht mehr fest, aufgrund des Platzmangels, da man hier nur seitlich Platz nehmen kann. Alte Socke unterm Sofa. Lieblose Balkongestaltung, sowie Mitbenutzung mit Nachbarzimmer. WLAN Nutzung nur in einem Zimmer am Fenster möglich, mit max. zwei Balken Empfang. Wenn, dann bitte in der ganzen Wohnung Empfang. Waschbecken Abfluss mehr als abgenutzt, Beschichtung hat sich schon vor langer Zeit verabschiedet. Besitzer alles egal, Pächter schiebt Verantwortung auf Besitzer.
