About this holiday home

The Schweizerhof in Längenfeld/Huben has a total of 8 holiday apartments for 2-8 people and is located not far from the Ötztal road to Sölden, approx. 8 km away. The flats are stylishly and cosily furnished with lots of wood and the house has a beautiful sauna area, infrared sauna, massage shower and a cosy relaxation room. The ski bus stops just 50 metres away and takes you directly to Sölden and Obergurgl to the top ski areas.

6 ski areas with guaranteed snow up to an altitude of 3,340 metres, top infrastructure and an international reputation make the Ötztal one of the most popular ski destinations in the Alps. Thanks to guaranteed snow due to the altitude and two glacier ski areas, skiing fun is guaranteed from October to May. With the Ötztal Superskipass, all areas in the valley are open to you. The holiday home is only about 9 km from the ski area. The cross-country ski trail is right in front of the house. In summer, explore the region on the beautiful hiking trails that meander along green valleys and imposing mountain peaks. The spa town of Längenfeld with its AQUA DOME thermal spa is practically on the doorstep. Other highlights in Ötztal include climbing, rafting, canyoning and a visit to Austria's largest adventure park, Area 47 .

Zeer slecht, zeker voor het hoge bedrag! Ben teleurgesteld in Villa for You. Locatie was voor ons erg goed. Dichtbij ski-bushalte en dichtbij supermarkt. Eigen parkeerplaats. Er is niks mis met een gedateerd appartement, maar dit sloeg alles. Zeker voor het geld wat wij er voor betaald hebben. Algehele staat was erg slecht. Er waren veel dingen kapot(TV, vloer, eetkamerbank met gaten, en erg vieze stoelen, afzuigkap werkte maar voor de helft, deuren van de douchecabine hingen los, lampjes boven wastafel ontbraken, gaten in hoeslaken) Ontzettend vieze tegels, voegen en veel schimmel In douchecabine. Onvolledig servies, glazen en bestek. Er wordt verwacht dat je het afval scheidt, maar er is maar 1 afvalemmer. Lekkage bij dakraam. Vieze haren in de handdoekenset. Pannen en servies waren nog vies. Vloer in gehele appartement was nog vies. Matrassen lagen ontzettend door. Bank zat onder de hondenharen. Koelkast vies. Geen stofzuiger aanwezig. Prullenbak badkamer kapot. Pluspunten: De verwarming deed het en de gastvrouw was vriendelijk. Ze heeft zelfs na onze klachten de vloer nog eens gereinigd en de hoeslakens vervangen. Dit lost natuurlijk maar een klein deel van de punten op. Helaas.
