About this holiday home

In the middle of the mountains you will find Haus Fabian. A place where you get the real Austrian feeling, beautiful views over the mountain peaks and thus the opportunity to enjoy all the activities these mountains bring in both summer and winter. After an active day outside, enjoy a drink on the balcony, where you can sit comfortably in both summer and winter .

Several skiing areas can be reached in a few minutes by car, also the family skiing area of Kelchsau is very close.

Heel mooi en ruim appartement op een gave locatie. Mooi ruim appartement met grote slaapkamers , mooie moderne badkamer en apart toilet. Keuken was goed uitgerust en eettafel lekker groot . Verhuurder was vriendelijk en hield als het gesneeuwd had het steile opritje goed schoon en begaanbaar. Eigenlijk was er niks wat ons niet beviel aan het huis , wat je niet moet onderschatten is de 4,5 km lange bergweg naar het appartement met stukken zonder vangrail wat vooral tijdens het winterseizoen nogal glad zouden kunnen zijn. En wat ik tijdens het boeken niet goed had begrepen is dat dit huis door villa for you werd verhuurd en hun daarna een soort wervelwind aan meldingen in je mailbox storten , ook week voorafgaand vaak elke dag wel 2 berichten van villa for you en dan ook nog van booking erbovenop, dit is iets wat ik niet gewend ben als ik via booking een appartement boek.

Der Empfang der Gastgeber war freundlich und einfach. Die Wohnung ist für 8-9 Personen ausgelegt (2DZ, 1 Dreibettzimmer, 1 Zimmer mit (Doppel-)Schlafcouch). Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet (viel Geschirr, Kaffeemaschine, Milchaufschäumer, Toaster, Geschirrspüler inkl. Tabs,...). 1 überdachter Stellplatz und mehr Platz im Hof. 1 Bad mit Dusche (ohne Toilette) und eine separate Toilette. Asphaltierte Zufahrtsstraße wird bei Schneefall einigermaßen geräumt. Preislich im oberen Segment. Wir würden wiederkommen.
