This charming apartment is located right in the heart of Hopfgarten and is ideal for a family holiday with 2–3 children and grandparents, or for two families with 1–2 children. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen, you will have two bathrooms at your disposal as well as a cozy, quiet balcony with a lovely view of a small park. All imaginable amenities are just a stone’s throw away from the accommodation.
This beautiful apartment is located right in the historic and charming center of Hopfgarten. Picturesque cobblestone alleys, buildings over 500 years old, and a beautiful Baroque church characterize the enchanting core of this market town.
The Rosenberger II apartment is located on the 2nd floor and offers a great view of the streets and rooftops of Hopfgarten. The quiet, sunny balcony overlooks a small park. All amenities are just a stone’s throw away: fresh rolls from the bakery, grocery stores, traditional inns, or a fine pizzeria with Mediterranean specialties. The lovely accommodation in a modern country-house style offers enough space for up to 7 people, and parking is available directly behind the house. Two bathrooms ensure that even during the morning “rush hour” there is no waiting time. In the fully equipped kitchen, you can refine your cooking skills by preparing some traditional Tyrolean delicacies for your family.
The Rosenberger II apartment can also be booked in combination with the Rosenberger I apartment (1st floor, up to 4 people).
After booking, you will receive the digital guest card “Kitzbüheler Alpen Card” from the host, which gives you many attractive discounts on activities, cable car tickets, family offers, and much more. In addition, the guest card serves as your ticket for public transport.
For winter sports fans, especially young families, the accommodation offers an excellent location. The ski lift with practice area is just 400 m away and can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. Ski rental and sports shops, ski depots, and ski schools are located right on site, so you can easily leave your car and the ski bus behind. Nothing stands in the way of direct access to skiing fun.
In summer too, the Wilder Kaiser – Brixental region is well worth a visit. The local mountain of Hopfgarten is the Hohe Salve, one of the most beautiful panoramic mountains in the Kitzbühel Alps, with breathtaking views of the Zillertal Alps, the Venediger Group, and the Glockner Group. Peaceful hiking trails and mountain bike routes take you through the varied Tyrolean mountain landscape, accompanied by the gentle ringing of cowbells and birdsong. Taking a moment to pause and enjoy the view is always worthwhile – perhaps at one of the many rustic and hospitable alpine huts, where regional delicacies and a warm smile are already waiting for you.
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot

A hike to the summit of the Hohe Salve at sunrise or sunset is an impressive experience that I can only warmly recommend to everyone.
A trip to the Kurzen or Langer Grund in Kelchsau, one of the most beautiful hiking and ski touring areas in the region, is recommended at any time of year! Wild streams, green forests, traditional inns, numerous summit experiences and mountain lakes are already waiting for you.
