In this modern yet warm residence, you will feel at home as soon as you open the door. In the open kitchen, make a steaming hot chocolate while everyone rests from filled day outdoors. The cosy sitting area makes it the perfect place for a cosy family game night. Ideal for a family holiday! .

The Festenhof farm is located only about 2km from the historic centre of Hopfgarten. The Salvenaland (bathing lake with leisure facilities) is only a 5-minute walk from the Festen-Hof. You can easily get to the gondola station, which is about 1.5 km away, with the free ski bus. The bus stop is right in front of the house. A terrace is also available at the Festenhof.

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine

Sehr schöne moderne Wohnung mit viel Platz und guter Ausstattung; sehr geräumiges Bad; das Bett im zweiten Schlafzimmer ist recht schmal, da muss man sich gut vertragen zu zweit; allerdings kann man im Wohnzimmer die Couch ausziehen und hat dann ein weiteres Bett (Vermieterin hat hierfür freundlicherweise auch extra Bettwäsche bereitgestellt); Skiraum im Erdgeschoss mit Schuhtrockner ist auch sehr praktisch; die Straße, die direkt am Haus vorbeiführt, ist tatsächlich verhältnismäßig laut.

The Salvenaland leisure park is only a few minutes' walk away and offers everything that can be fun on holiday. A bathing lake, bowling alley and children's park...if you want to know more, you have to explore it yourself.
