About this holiday home

In a prime location in the cozy village of Brixen im Thale, next to the Sporthotel, you will find this first-floor flat in Residenz Edelalm, a small-scale apartment complex built in 2016. This flat boasts a large sunny balcony with a seating area along the entire back of the house (facing south!). The cable car to the SkiWelt ski area is a few minutes drive away. The ski bus stops practically in front of the door.

The Tanzer descent (1c) ends a few meters opposite the flat. Brixen is centrally located in the large Skiwelt, with connections to Westendorf, Ellmau Scheffau, Going, Hopfgarten, and Itter. There is also a possibility of connecting to the Kitzbühel ski area with a separate ski pass. Nearby, several restaurants and shops look forward to your visit.

Good to know

  • Charging an e-car at the accommodation is possible and the costs are according to consumption (if possible) or at a flat rate and will be charged to you separately as an additional cost. For questions about charging specifications, contact the homeowner/contactperson on the spot before arrival. Illegal charging of a car is not allowed

  • Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot

Tien dagen verbleven wij in het appartementenhuis in Brixen im Thale. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien. Werkelijk alles is aanwezig om het verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. De mooie kamers en badkamers geven je meteen een thuisgevoel en het uitzicht vanaf het grote balkon is geweldig. De ontvangst was goed geregeld en zelfs het onverwachte oponthoud waardoor we later dan verwacht zijn aangekomen was geen probleem. Parkeren van de auto is sowieso geen punt. Voldoende plek, zelfs overdekt. Ons verblijf was heerlijk. Mooi gebied waar je actief kunt zijn of kunt relaxen. Het weer heb je niet in de hand maar ook dat was geen probleem. We hebben een gezellig en aangename vakantie in Brixen gehad in een appartement waar we graag naar terugkomen.

Ruim, schoon appartement met groot balkon.Uitzicht is op de bergen. Prima bedden en fijne badkamers. Bank is groot genoeg voor 5 personen. Keuken is goed ingericht om dagelijks te koken. Aparte ruimte om ski's op te bergen is ook bevallen
