About this holiday home

With comfortable furnishings and a location near one of Austria's largest ski resorts, this ground-floor flat offers all the ingredients for an unforgettable time. The cosy living/dining room is the centre of the accommodation and from the balcony you can enjoy the sun and the view to the full. Very suitable for 2 groups travelling together .

The bus takes you in a few minutes to the ski lift of the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental gondola, which gives access to one of Austria's largest ski areas. There is also more than enough to do in summer; the offerings range from bathing in a cool mountain lake, e-bike tours (there is a separate storage room in the house for this), hiking, tennis and much more, all just a stone's throw away. Opposite the residence ends the Tanzer downhill run (1c) and the immediate area hosts cosy restaurants and supermarkets. Typical Tyrolean Brixen im Thale has an authentic feel with historic buildings and charming farmhouses. Local restaurants offer delicious Tyrolean dishes such as Kaiserschmarrn and Tiroler Gröstl, and there is a lively après-ski scene for those who like to party. Brixen im Thale offers a balanced mix of mountain adventure and cultural gems in a serene, alpine setting .

Die Unterkunft war super und der Gastgeber sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar. Die Ausstattung war völlig in Ordnung und in der Küche ausreichend. Die Räume waren sehr sauber und die Einweisung vom Gastgeber war direkt und gut. In der direkten Umgebung gibt es einen Bäcker, eine Bushaltestelle und auch der Bahnhof ist nur ein Katzensprung entfernt. Ein großes Manko war das Wifi. Leider war es so schwach, dass man es nicht nutzen konnte. Hier wäre definitiv Nachholbedarf nötig. In den Schlafzimmern und auch in den Badezimmern gibt es leider sehr wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten. Wir haben mehr oder weniger aus der Tasche gelebt.

Das Appartment befindet sich direkt neben der Bushaltestelle und dem Bahnhof. Es fahren täglich regelmäßig Busse zur Gondel. Ein Einkaufsladen (Billa) ist auch 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Appartment hat ein eigenes Depot für Ski und Snowboard. Zwei tolle und saubere Badezimmer. Willie van Briel ist außerdem nett und stets gut zu erreichen. EIn toller Aufenthalt.

Mooi en modern appartement. Wij waren met 2 gezinnen waardoor de 2 badkamers erg fijn waren. Voor verse broodjes zit de bakker tegenover het appartement.

Netjes appartement. 2 nette badkamers nette keuken alles aanwezig en grote tafel met bankstel. Nederlands ingericht. Geen Oostenrijks huisje.
